There are many things I learned from twitter. Whether it was how to properly tweet or what hashtags to use, their were many lessons I learned throughout this project. I learned that no matter who you are or what your background is you can state your belief on whatever is happening in the world. looking at other social media platforms they don’t carry this weight of being honest and talking about what you truly feel/believe. For example instagram is a place where you post highlights of your life and not necessarily what you are thinking about a topic during your day. People underestimate the context of what twitter gives people about politics, social justice issues, controversial issues, racial issues, etc. Twitter brings comedy and truth to the table giving users a comfortable and partially judge free zone to say and learn from others about other beliefs.It is a social platform that lets you get to know people through their thoughts and not through what product they are promoting online through an image. You quorate your own content by following twitter accounts that you find most appealing to you. It is not only a way to brand yourself and state your own opinion but a way for companies to brand themselves and create personalities for themselves to gain popularity. Wendys for example has a very strong personality on twitter and makes fun of its competitors including McDonalds. The content that Wendys is tweeting has created a mindset for consumers that their product is better than the other leading competitors. Twitter is a reliable source to get news out to the public, which is why Chipotle tweeted when there was an outbreak of contaminated meat that got people sick. Their authorities at Chipotle were able to tweet that they are fixing the problem by closing those stores for a certain amount of time. This gives the company credibility for being honest, upfront, and is a great way to gain the confidence of the public again. These are just a few examples of what I learned from twitter and how it can help the public.

The McLaren 720s is a supercar that is relatively new starting in 2017. When it first came out not many knew about how fast it actually was. This was quickly shown to the customers that bought the 720s. It has shown time and time again that it can beat cars that are over a million dollars. For the money it is a car that is extremely capable and did I also mention that it has doors that open vertically.

The reason the 720s is actually called the 720s is because of the horsepower the supercar has. Even though supercars now a days have more horsepower than the 720s, it still is ahead because it weighs less than most of its competitors. For example The 720s starts at around $300,000 while its competitor the Lamborghini Aventador SV starts at $500,000. The price difference is vast but they are in the same category for how fast they are. the 720s and Lamborghini Aventador SV both go from 0-60mph in 2.7 seconds. After 60mph the 720s begins to have a lead on the SV because it is lighter than the enormous SV. The 720s weighs 2,829 pounds while the SV weighs an incredible 3,868 pounds. With this thousand pound difference the 720s is able to win the race even though it has less horse power than the SV.

Overall the McLaren 720s is unique because the car is made for aerodynamics before looks, but yet it is stunning. If you have the means I would recommend buying one because it really shows how far we have come with technology and what path we are on to only get faster and faster from here. McLaren is in my opinion the most advanced car company today. They are making cars that can be daily driven yet take you up to speeds of 212mph.

The Lamborghini Huracan is one of the cheapest supercars you can buy today. Comparing it to Ferrari and McLaren it outshines them in price as well as looks. The Huracan has sharp lines that are beautiful at every angle.

The Huracan is the replacement for the Gallardo, which was the best selling Lamborghini the company has ever produced. The replacement has been keeping up with the past numbers of sales. People have been extremely interested in the Huracan because even though it is a beginner supercar it is relatively easy to modify so that it can be as fast as a hypercar. Hypercars sell from around $500,000-$1,000,000, which is why it is such a bargain to have a car that is just as fast.

The base price is $200,000 which is not a horrible price compared to its older brother the Aventador starting at around $400,000. For what you get with the car I believe that it is worth it. The incredible speed as well as its cornering ability is sublime. I had the pleasure of being a passenger in a huracan when my neighbor had one to review for a week. He saw me taking pictures of it in front of his house and asked if I wanted a ride. I said the quickest yes possible. I knew from the second I got in that we were going to be going fast. As we got on the highway we went from a complete stop to putting the pedal to the metal and seeing how fast it could pick up speed. It was the most exhilarating feeling I have ever felt. Ever Since then my goal has been to drive a Lamborghini Huracan again. This further increased my need to own a supercar one day.

The La Ferrari in english actually means The Ferrari. This name was used so that it could be seen as the car to represent the brand Ferrari is known for. The La Ferrari was the first Ferrari to ever have an electric motor as well as a V12 engine working together. Ferrari is trying to make their cars faster every year, which influences them to look into alternative ways to make more power. Through both the electric and the engine the La Ferrari produces over 950 horsepower which is an astronomical amount of power. They also a system that they use which is called torque vectoring. This system allows one wheel to rotate faster than the others so that the car can go around a corner faster. The torque Vectoring system helped the La Ferrari lap the Nurburgring track in 6 minutes and 35 seconds which not many cars in the world can do. The La Ferrari uses four different types of carbon fiber, which allows it to be much lighter than the competition. This Supercar’s shape and looks are purely made for aerodynamics, which is why there are so many sharp curves to the body of the car. The La Ferrari is a very special supercar that very few people get to drive because they only made 500 of them.

I personally saw a La Ferrari when I was in Southampton, New York and it was one of the most beautiful cars I have ever seen before. I was driving through town and when I saw it out of the corner of my eye, I could not believe what I was looking at. I immediately pulled over and got out to take pictures. Just knowing that it was worth close to $4 million absolutely baffled me. Seeing a piece of art that could reach the speeds of over 215 mph made the hairs on my arm stand up.

The Jeep Wrangler can take anything you throw at it. Whether you want to drive on the beach or scale the rocks up a mountain, it is ready for any adventure. Jeep Wranglers are much more than just a car; yes you can drive on roads, but you have the real experience of the wrangler when you go off the beaten path.

Jeep Wranglers have been used for decades starting in our military because they were able to travel anywhere. Jeep has always kept the same boxy look because it is so iconic. The motors are “bullet proof” because they last hundreds of thousands of miles if you regularly get oil changes. The Wrangler is also the easiest car to upgrade and make your own. On my college budget I have done a few upgrades to make it have more of a presence on the road.

Owning a Jeep has shown me how great they are as SUV’s, because you can travel with five people and also convert it to a convertible when the weather is nice. When i first got my Wrangler I decided to get it in a manual because I felt like it was the best car to learn on. Its not too fast and it is one of the hardest cars to learn. The clutch releases right before you take your foot off the pedal, which causes people to release it faster that triggers the car to stall.

There are car clubs strictly for Jeep Wrangler owners who go on trails and climb small mountains. There is also a Jeep wave that has evolved, so when you drive past another Jeep Wrangler you wave. This shows the culture of what you get when you buy a Wrangler. Overall the Jeep Wrangler is extremely versatile because you can have a regular SUV, a convertible, and an off-road powerhouse.
